Booked for 2 nights. Comfortable room with modern ensuite bathroom. Historic pub with wooden beams. Smallish bar area with separate restaurant. Very busy both days but over Christmas period. Excellent food and good range of dishes.

Stayed in the hotel with four friends this weekend after a long hard bike ride from Birmingham in horrendous conditions. On arriving nothing was too much trouble for the hotel team. We were provided with a hose to wash our filthy bikes and a secure location to secure them overnight. The hotel team provided table service all evening for food and drink in the outside conservatory area which also had a large TV screen, a super relaxing and comfortable end to our day. Breakfast was excellent, we were able to pick and mix from a wide ranging menu to set us off for a other day in the saddle. Definitely would return and recommend, nothing not too like.

This is a nice, country inn offering good quality traditional pub food. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean with all the usual facilities one expects. The breakfast was good. Service was attentive and flexible to our needs.

Beautiful building and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a really nice evening meal here and drinks, which were both lovely. Overall we had a nice stay the only thing that was an issue was the shower in our room, it was Luke warm both in the evening and the morning and the shower head kept sliding down the pole, which was a real disappointment. Also it's a shame at breakfast we couldn't help ourselves to tea and coffee and cereal and yogurts.

Just had a really lovely Christmas lunch here. Although there were 25 of us, the food was delicious and hot. Thoroughly recommend.

A decent experience that could be improved. As I was attending a wedding and would need to arrive outside check-in hours I called the week before to alert staff of this and I was told this was fine. On the day of arrival I had to wait 5+ minutes to be served as there was no one on the front desk, then I was told I was not expected at this time, I stated I had rung ahead but this message had not been recorded, so annoyed that my phone call was pointless. Staff were helpful and explained to me what to do when I got back late and gave me to room key. The bed was very comfy and lots of pillows. However bathroom floor was stained and could hear traffic very loudly passing by, due to it being an old building there is not much insulation I would imagine. Breakfast was good quality. Overall I would expect more for the price but still a decent stay.

Broom Hall is a lovely place built in the 1500s and still with authentic features whilst still having modern facilities. The accommodation was comfortable. The shower was a good temperature and pressure. The restaurant snd bar were comfortable and welcoming. The food and drink was excellent with a terrific range of tasty food and generous portions. The staff were brilliant - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and customer focused. There was a good car park and outdoor facilities (adult and children).
